LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
ON
MAKING AMENDMENTS IN THE CODE OF LAWS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA ON
THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL VIOLATIONS
Adopted on December 24, 2004
Article 1. To add the Article N 173′ with
the following contents into the Code of Laws of the Republic of Armenia
on administrative legal violations (dated December 6, 1985, henceforth the
Code):
“Article N 173′: Violation of the rules of tobacco
sale by the institutions busy with the realization of tobacco
The violation of the rules of tobacco sale by the physical or legal individuals
busy with the realization of tobacco originates:
- Definition of a penalty in an amount of 30 times of defined
minimum salary.
- Repeating the same violation of the rule for the second time within
a 6 months’ period after using the administrative penalties originates:
- Definition of a penalty in an amount of 50 times of defined minimum
salary or the allowance (license) for those kinds of activities of
that institution is terminated for a year period.”
Article 2.The current law comes into force from
the 30th day after the official publication of the law.
